What is a group?

Winter Season:

• 2 or more consecutive room nights
• 20 or more room nights total
• If it includes a Friday OR Saturday Night, it must have 3 or more consecutive night stay
• If it includes BOTH a Friday and Saturday night, it must have 4 or more consecutive room nights
• Not during a holiday period

Value and Summer Seasons:

• 2 or more consecutive room nights
• 20 or more room nights total if it includes a Friday or Saturday night
• 14 or more room nights if it does not include a Friday or Saturday night
• If it includes a Friday, Saturday or both nights, it must have a 3 or more consecutive night stay

Winter Season:

• For 20–30 room nights, including a Friday or Saturday night, 5% off
• For 20–30 room nights, not including a Friday or Saturday night, 15% off
• For 31+ room nights, including a Friday or Saturday night, 10% +1 comp room
• For 31+ room nights, not including a Friday or Saturday night, 20% +1 comp room
• RUN OF HOUSE pricing may be individually quoted for single / double occupancy.

Value and Summer Season:

• For 14–19 room nights, not including a Friday or Saturday night, 5% off +1 comp room
• For 21–30 room nights, including a Friday or Saturday night, 5% off +1 comp room
• For 21–30 room nights, not including a Friday or Saturday night, 10% off +1 comp room
• For 31+ room nights, including a Friday or Saturday night, 10% off +1 comp room
• For 31+ room nights, not including a Friday or Saturday night, 15% off +2 comp rooms
• RUN OF HOUSE pricing may be individually quoted for single / double occupancy.
